Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes! We want you to love the products you order from GiriWax. That’s why we offer you the chance to experience our superior quality before you order. Please fill out the online form to request a sample.
How long is order processing time?
Getting your order to you as soon as possible is very important to us. We process and ship orders every weekday, excluding most holidays. Typically if you place your order before 11:00 AM IST then we will process your order the same day and ship it within 2-3 business days. During the holiday season your may take longer than normal to process.
What if I need my beeswax in bulk?
No problem! We offer our naturally filtered, pure beeswax in bulk. Whether you need a 25 Kgs or hundreds of kgs, shop our bulk beeswax, anytime.
What is a minimum order quantity for a beeswax order?
Minimum order quantity(MOQ) for beeswax order is 25 Kgs. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What is a minimum order quantity for a FRP wax polish order?
Minimum order quantity(MOQ) for wax polish order is 18 Kgs/box or one 20 Kgs container. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Can I place an order online?
You can submit an order online to process it quickly but we can’t process the payment on our website. So, we’ll contact you to get a payment as soon as we will receive your order confirmation.
